At this time, international shipping (including Canada, Mexico & non-continental United States) is not available.

Orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS/UPS. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature required upon delivery. Make sure your shipping location is secure. *We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you select an Expedited Shipping option your order will be mailed out the next business day. 

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number + order details. (psst...make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!) Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to go live within the usps.com website.

Please keep in mind that USPS has been experiencing longer delivery times due to higher demands and your order may take longer to arrive than normal.

All of our jewelry is carefully hand-crafted using wear-resistant materials. In order to make sure your new jewelry lasts as long as possible and continues to look as great on you as the day you first wore it, here are a few tips to follow:

Tip #1

Avoid the jewelry coming in contact with body oils, perfumes, hair products, soap, and other harmful chemicals.

Tip #2

Do not wear your jewelry while doing physical exercise, while swimming, or while showering.

Tip #3

To clean your jewelry, wipe the surfaces of each piece with a soft cloth (preferably microfiber) to remove any impurities. After wiping off the surfaces of your jewelry, place your jewelry in the provided mesh drawstring bag and store it in a cool dry place.

Materials:

Stainless Steel - Most of our necklace chains and earrings are made from tarnish resistant stainless steel metal that is gold or silver colored. This metal is ideal for anyone with jewelry allergies such as sensitivities to gold or silver jewelry. It stays beautiful longest and requires the least maintenance.

14k/18k Gold Plating - Most earring hooks and stone settings are 14/18k gold plated with either brass or sterling silver bases. All our gold plated jewelry is hypo allergenic, tarnish resistant and cadmium, nickel and lead free. Gold plated jewelry should not get wet and should be wiped down regularly.

Copper - Most of our wire wrappings use tarnish-resistant copper wire that is either gold or silver colored. Copper can tarnish over time especially if it is exposed to moisture often. You can best preserve these elements of your jewelry piece by regularly wiping down the copper wire using a polishing cloth.
