Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Do note, our products are handmade and may display slight differences. These differences make the piece unique and add to the beauty of the jewelry and the jewelry wearer in every way. Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale.

 

Refunds
Please note we are not liable for any damages, lost/stolen packages, or other damages/loss to your package or product. Please see our shipping policy for additional details.

 

Returns
In most cases, we are able to accept returns so long as the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us for more details on processing your return.

*Note that all returns must be mailed back to us in their original packaging (drawstring bag) and all shipping costs to mail it back to us will be at the customer's expense. We can assist with the creation of labels though all costs will be deducted from the return. All return items must be mailed with tracking and insurance if necessary.
